At POSSE Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition with tags attached.

Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all garment tags still attached to qualify for a return.
Submit Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Post
Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then drop your parcel at any Australia Post location.
Processing
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
